功能說明：
若 WithSecure Business Suite 的 Policy Management Server 裝置需要進行離線啟用，請提供該裝置的 Installation ID 給協助您開案的技術服務人員，以便協助向原廠申請離線授權所需的啟用檔案（offline registration file/token）。
※請勿直接建立或編輯upstream-statistics.json檔。
1.在安裝Policy Management Server 的裝置，進入C:\ProgramData\WithSecure\NS\Policy Manager\Policy Management Server \data，將”upstream-statistics.json”檔案以記事本或Notepad++ 開啟。
2.將installationId引號內的ID複製，提供給協助您開案的技術服務人員。
